Department of Mass Communication is one of the primary departments in the faculty of Social Science of the International Institute of Science, Arts and Technology. Department of Mass Communication offers its services for undergraduate and graduate degree program in Mass Communication. The curricula for the degree program has been designed to prepare manpower needed for the communication and mass media development of the country. BS and Master's degree programs are offered to broaden the spectrum of Mass Communication department of International Institute of Science, Arts and Technology in the region. Department of Mass Communication has state-of-the-art laboratory that is fully equipped with all required and latest equipment to support the offered programs. The research programs of the department are based on recent developments at the frontiers of knowledge

To provide the students practical knowledge of media content production through practical work in Local FM Radio, Television, computer skills lab, newspaper production. 5. To provide students radio and TV studios (Production house), in order to provide them in house facility to apply theory into practice.
Mass Communication is the combination of different emerging technologies with media and communication studies to meet essential requirement of human beings in multiple discipline of life including TV, Radio and Newspapers, Online Journalism, Social media, community journalism and many more. With the advancement of modern world technology, mass communication also adopts new ways to grow and serve humanity under the broad spectrum of Mass Media. 12 years of education with at least 45% marks, in case of O/A Levels, equivalence from IBCC shall be required.
