The objectives of this program include producing skilled students who are ready to work at an entry level and have capability to precede higher levels in cyber security domain. The main objectives of this program are: To introduce computer and applications in different walks of life To develop understanding of cyber security To encourage students who would like to take up a career in cyber security To develop understanding of basic programming principles. To provide students with a hands-on environment, so they can practice what they learn To understand and implement information and network security. To maintain the security and integrity of network. To demonstrate necessary skills and knowledge of working on desktop, web and mobile security.

12 years of education (F.Sc Pre-Engineering/ICS) with at least 40% marks, passing grades and as per HEC prevailing guidelines

The Associate Degree Program in Cyber Security is a specialist version of the Information Technology studies, intended for students with or without a computing science background. It is an intensive, practically oriented programme focusing on Cyber Security tools and techniques, which students apply to a significant Cyber Security development project and build their career in cyber security. In the current era of technology, no organization is complete without network. Therefore, Information and Network security have become increasingly important as companies have started to depend upon computerized technology to get work done. This program will not only add creativity among students but will help students to think towards a problem-solving approach. This program is designed by keeping cyber security market trend in view; there are a number of opportunities for students after completing associate degree program in cyber security with respect to career development and it will increase number of chances to earn a handsome amount of salary.
